Product support, privacy, security, copyright and rights-related questions.
How can we help?
The AnyVid.io Contact page is the central place for product support, privacy questions, security reports, editorial corrections, copyright or authorized-use concerns, and general feedback. Messages submitted through the form are delivered to the site administrator for review.
Product and technical support
If something is not working, describe what you were trying to do, the page where the problem happened, your browser or device, and the exact error you saw. A clear description is more useful than sending the same message several times. Please do not send passwords, private authentication credentials, session cookies, API keys, payment details, or other secrets through this form.
Editorial corrections
If you believe an article contains an error, include the article URL, the statement you are questioning, and enough context for us to review it. Useful corrections help us improve the resource for everyone. A disagreement with an opinion or strategy does not necessarily mean the article is factually incorrect, but thoughtful feedback is welcome.
Copyright and rights concerns
If you are a creator, copyright owner, authorized representative, or another person with a legitimate rights concern, identify the material as precisely as possible. Include the relevant public URL when appropriate, explain your relationship to the rights involved, describe the issue, and provide a reliable email address. We review good-faith reports and may take reasonable technical or administrative action when warranted.
AnyVid.io is intended for media users own or are authorized to handle. For more information, read our Copyright & Authorized Use Notice and Terms of Use.
Privacy questions
Our Privacy Policy explains the main categories of information involved in operating the site, including contact submissions and technical information. If your question concerns information you submitted directly, give us enough detail to locate the relevant record without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Security reports
Security reports should describe the affected page or feature and the observed behavior. Please avoid accessing other people's data, disrupting the service, or publishing exploit details that could unnecessarily put users at risk. A report does not authorize destructive testing.
What happens after you send a message?
Your submission is stored in the site's Contact Messages inbox so an administrator can review it. Messages may be marked new, read, or archived as they are handled. We may retain correspondence when reasonably necessary for support, security, rights handling, record keeping, or abuse prevention. Sending a message does not create an attorney-client, agency, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.
Before submitting
Only send information necessary to explain your request. Check that your email address is correct if you expect a reply. For general information about the project and its editorial approach, see About AnyVid.io.
